Greetings Cardinal XC/TF family and friends! What a year 2022 was!
The team represented NCC very well at the CCIW Championships this fall in cross country, earning team runners-up.
Also in 2022, women’s track and field won both indoor and outdoor conference championships (six-straight titles!). Julia Babinec won the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP IN THE 60 HURDLES, and we had All-Americans in the 4x1, 100h, and weight throw. In addition, we had 6 indoor national qualifiers and 7 outdoor national qualifiers!
We thank you for all for your support of NCC Women's Cross Country/Track and Field over the years. The tradition of success of our program is because of all of those that have come before and supported this team. Our team motto is, "Enter as teammates, leave as family." We hope you feel that connection to NCC. Each one of you impact the development of our team.
You have been so generous over the years, and we cannot thank you enough. This year our Day of Giving goal is to raise $20,000 and have 100 donors! Your contributions to our program will be utilized for investing in our coaching staff and educational opportunities, enhanced competitive/travel opportunities for our athletes, and new uniforms. For every $2,500 raised we will add another cinch sack of team gear to raffle off as a thank you to some lucky donors at the end of the Day of Giving.
