In 2022, following an undefeated regular season, the North Central Women’s Triathlon team captured their 4th team DIII National Championship title and sophomore Hailey Poe captured her second consecutive individual National title. Additionally...

• the team earned Scholar All-American Team honors,
• 3 athletes earned Scholar-All American honors,
• 5 athletes earned All-American honors
• Bethany Smeed was named the Freshman of the Year and the West All-Region Freshman, and
• 4 athletes were named to the DIII West All-Region Team.

In addition to these impressive honors and awards, these ladies formed the strongest, most supportive team culture the team has ever seen since it’s inception in 2016, and many other coaches complimented the girls throughout the season for the sportsmanship and class they demonstrated towards their competitors on the race course. As the Cardinal triathletes look ahead to their 2023 season, they hope to expand their roster, continue the development of this amazing team culture, and defend their Division III triathlon Championship.

We are asking you to support our team as these ladies continue to represent North Central and raise the standard of competition for Division III in the emerging sport of Women’s Triathlon. The equipment and travel costs associated with supporting a triathlon team competing at the Regional and National level are high. This Day of Giving, our goal is to raise at least $1500. Your donation will aid in our purchasing of equipment and costs of traveling to races, ultimately helping us provide these hard-working young women with the amazing student-athlete experience they deserve!
