The Writing Center is excited to have moved into the newly renovated and totally gorgeous Learning Commons in Oesterle Library. Since our move this past fall, we have held 700 tutorials (and counting!), held four workshops, and partnered with colleagues and students to support writing at NC. We currently have a staff of 15 amazingly talented students, with majors in English, psychology, political science, health sciences, and many others, including a student from our our own M.A. in Professional and Creative Writing program. Your gift will ImpactNC and will help us support the tutors’ professional development, allowing us to better serve the campus community and celebrating writing as central to the life of a liberal arts college.
