Health Sciences Department

Health science is more than a major—it is a community where knowledge, compassion, and responsibility intersect. Under HTSC staff leadership, students are not only introduced to the biological and systemic foundations of health, but are encouraged to think critically, act ethically, and lead with empathy. What makes the department especially meaningful is the way students feel seen and supported. We are met where we are, our goals and ideas are taken seriously, and we are given real opportunities to explore the diverse paths within healthcare. Students feel heard, valued, and excited to be a part of a growing department that prioritizes people above earning just a degree. After all health science is all about people.
