COTAD (Coalition of Occupational Therapy Advocates for Diversity) is a student-led initiative creating an inclusive environment for students. It is designed to support all OT students working together to promote diversity and inclusion within OT academic programs and the profession. COTAD has been part of North Central College since 2020. We value the multi-faceted definition of true diversity. We want to be prepared for the diverse populations and persons we will be involved with when we enter the workforce.
