Each year, the North Central College Department of Music serves over 150 undergraduate students through their participation in our choirs, bands, jazz ensembles, orchestra, chamber music, and athletic bands as well as through individual music lessons, music composition, the brand new Eichler Piano Lab and through a wide variety of academic courses. Our program has maintained strong relationships with the college community, the city of Naperville, the local public schools, and DuPage county through public concerts, invitationals, and festivals. Graduates of the music programs go on to careers in music performance and music industry and the department boasts a nearly 100% placement rate for our music education graduates in area and regional public schools. The Department of Music takes pride in bringing music of all styles and purposes to supportive audiences in Wentz Concert Hall and around campus!
